Welcomes Dong-A university history department visit. The curriculum can be divided into Korean history, Oriental history, and Western history. 

The professors and students try to understand the structure of the each period of ancient times, the middle ages, modern times, and improve understanding of the system of thought, culture, social economy by studying the each field. Lectures and seminars about historical material support the studying. For the practical application of studies, studying about cultural assets, field trips, history education comes to be accomplished.  

The Department aims to develop the knowledge of history through the correct perception of history and the correct actual recognition, produce graduates who will work in the fields of the press and publication, education, culture, etc, involving the studying of history by cultivation of application about different fields of study.
