2025학년도 1학기 한림생활관 화재 및 지진 대피 대면 훈련을 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

화재 발생 가상 시나리오에 의한 합동훈련을 통해 학생들의 안전의식 및 대처 능력을 숙지하고자 하니 사생들은 빠짐없이 참석하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 일시

  가. 구덕관: 2025.3.31.(월) 18:30 ~ 20:00

  나. 부민관: 2025.4.1.(화) 18:30 ~ 20:00

  다. 승학1,2관: 2025.4.2.(수) 18:30 ~ 20:00

※ 지각 시, 참여 불가하며 보안실에 이름 적은 후 출입은 가능

※ 본인이 거주하는 관에서 훈련 참석이 불가능한 경우 타관 훈련 날짜에 참석 가능 

2. 장소: 한림생활관 각 사생실 ~ 대피장소까지(정문 출입구 및 C, D, E, F동 야외 주차장 공터)

3. 방법

  - 19:00부터 방에서 대기 후 훈련 전 출석 체크[1]

  - 화재 및 지진 발생으로 경종 울리면 각 구역으로 대피 (출석체크 시 안내 예정)

  - 분말소화기 사용법 등 시범 훈련

  - 총평 및 훈련 후 출석 체크[2] 및 해산

4. 특기사항

  - 해당 훈련 참석 시 상점 2점, 불참 시 벌점 2점 부과(아르바이트 등 개인사유 포함)

  - 해당 훈련은 훈련 전, 후 반드시 2회 출석체크 되어야 최종 참석으로 처리됨

    (1회 출석체크 시 미참석으로 벌점 부과됨)

  - 해당 일에 참석이 어려운 경우 3월 28일(금) 16:30분까지 행정실로 문의 바람

In the first semester of 2025, we will guide you through the fire and earthquake evacuation face-to-face training at Hallim Dormitory as follows.

We would like to familiarize students with their safety awareness and coping ability through joint training based on the fire occurrence virtual scenario, so please attend without exception.

1. Date and time: Seunghak Hall 1 and 2 on April 2, 2025 (Wednesday) 18:30 to 20:00

※ If you are late, you cannot participate, and you can enter after writing your name in the security office

2. Venue: Hallim Dormitory, each private room to the evacuation area(Entrance to the main entrance and
C, D, E, and F outdoor parking lot vacant lot)

3. How to do it

- After waiting in the room from 19:00, attendance check before training [1]

- Evacuate to each area when alarm bells are raised due to fire and earthquake occurrence (will be notified during attendance check)

- Demonstration training on how to use a powder fire extinguisher, etc

- Check attendance after general evaluation and training [2] and dissolution

4. a special note

- 2 stores for attending the training and 2 penalty points for not attending the training

- The training must be checked twice before and after the training to be treated as the final attendance

(Penalty points are imposed for non-attendance during one attendance check.)

- If it is difficult to attend the relevant work, please contact the administration office by 16:30 p.m. on March 28 (Fri)
