1. Mission
The Department of Food Science and Nutrition of GSD aims to identify theories and phenomena in food and nutrition science, produce new experimental results and promote research activities of both students and faculty through domestic and international research exchanges. It also aims to contribute to national science and technology and industrial development by fostering researchers and professionals required in the food and nutrition sector.
